Not only did he find the length I needed, he traded out the ones I had with the new ones. For no charge. And all with a great attitude and a smile! Kudos to Gregory!”

“I had went on Jan 19th to exchange my Dr. Martens I was gifted and Whitney was beyond helpful, I was so indecisive as to what style I wanted to exchange them for and she was so attentive and kind! She grabbed the colors and styles and various sizes for me and made the whole process so smooth! She mentioned the Dr. Marten shoe care kit which I purchased and am so thankful she mentioned, she was so sweet and I loved her vibe and energy. I was even indecisive picking my converse and they were close to close and she did not rush me at all, she told me to take my time and I would totally go back if Whitney is there lol!”

“I have a 6 year old pair of boots that I wear daily and fit perfectly. I recently noticed the stitching on the top of one started to come undone. I googled and found Shoe Express. Drove over and was greeted by a man with a smile. I asked if he could repair and he looked them over, sat down , at stitched them right up. He suggested that I apply mink oil occasionally to help prevent future issues.I was in and out in 8 minutes. The cost was better than expected! I will absolutely come back for any future repairs.
