He said that he had a friend who knew a guy...Jason is the guy! I took my laptop in yesterday morning. He diagnosed the problem, had a new battery shipped overnight, installed it, along with a new WI-FI card, added some maintence, and notified me that it was ready for pick-up THIS afternoon.As I sit here with my super-functioning laptop, the frustrations of dropped internet are becoming a dim memory.Thank you, Jason!If any of you out there are dealing with frustrating glitches in your computers, do NOT wait. “I utilized the Independence, MO Office Depot in attempt to make copies/scans of construction plans from a commercial building that was built in 1975. The plans were not in great shape. Billy was the employee who worked on my order. He worked on it for a few minutes then indicated that he would like to keep them for a day or two in order to not be rushed and not damage the plans any further. Billy called the next day, he had them scanned and printed perfectly with no further damage. This was a tough job and I appreciate Billy's great effort to provide the best service possible.”

“Came to pick up a 55” tv & 70” tv close to closing , tonight is our first night at our new home . Moving too fast, I Turned our truck off while loading them onto the truck bed not realizing the car lights were still on so our battery died . My boyfriend asked one crew member for help and he did just that ! He came back outside shortly with his night crew , there was about 5 of them in total , one was an awesome young lady !!
