“Unfortunately I had a run in with a deer on a Friday afternoon before I was going on vacation in 2 days. Caliber worked with me and my insurance to get the ball rolling. They allowed me to drop off my car the morning I was leaving for vacation so they could assess the damage, order parts and get started while I was gone. I was able the pick up my car 2 days after I returned from vacation. They kept me posted throughout the whole process with updates. I'm very pleased with how they handled every aspect of the process.”
“The customer service was great. They got me in two days after I called. They took care moving and test driving my car. They took care of my toe and caster. (Edit) after expressing my concerns about the camber angles they got me in the next day, they set it right where I wanted it for no charge. They were very professional and willing to help me out. I also got my tires rotated and my wheels balanced in no time at all, thank you to the team and I will be back for tires and any other work I need done!”

“I had a very easy and positive car-buying experience! Brian was able to get me a test drive appointment at my requested time & date, then was able to change that quickly after so I could test drive the next day! The morning of my test drive, they dropped the car's price another $500. I had an easy drive, all of my questions were answered, & Brian was nice & cooperative when I left to test drive a different vehicle an hour away. I came back after to buy the car I drove! The process that followed was equally easy, quick, transparent, & I left with the car about an hour later! This was about 2 weeks ago; I haven't received the title or inspection info yet but I'm sure it will be easy to get from them. The car I bought had received full maintenance through them as well.”
“I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. “I worked with Geof at Toys For Trucks on the design and strategy for leveling my new Raptor, alongside new rims and tires. It seems simple when you put it in one sentence what we did, but there are so many options and pros/cons to each path that Geof was essentially my Mr. Miagi.Once we decided on everything we only waited about a week for parts to come in, then it was dropped off in the AM and picked up in that same afternoon. My contacts at the facility were Lee & Rich.I just want to take a second to thank the whole team for a pleasant experience, and most importantly turning a darn good truck into a dream truck in one day.The only downside is now I'm addicted and might need to come back for some lighting accessories LOL.”

“Took my battery in to see if I could get it charged up and checked these guys were great They charged it they checked it I asked about an OBD1 system and they was able to inform me that there was only one place around that they knew of that still did that check for people and that would be over in Englewood area and I believe that they said it was a Englewood automotive or something like that But their employees was very kind polite helpful store was clean so was the parking lot No customers waiting they got their customers in out and on their way So if you want an informative place to go to get some of your automotive go to and needs I'd say come here who knows you may even bump into me getting something for my one of my three vehicles never know well maybe I'll see you there Have a good day bye”
“When I arrived to drop off my car for repairs, they called the rental company for me to come pick me up. They estimated it would take 7 days to get the repairs done. Amanda & her team got the job done right & got it done on time! Everyone one is courteous, respectful, & mindful of keeping the client informed of the status…I didn’t have to chase them for info!! When it was time to pick up my car, I was able to leave my rental with them & they got it checked in with the rental company.Thank you to the Crash Champions team!”

“Hands down one of the best places ive been too..100s of wheels on display..been to Richline many times over the past few years, (old location included) many times just checking out the showrooms,* I cannot decide which setup to go with yet....while at Richline stop by the waiting area get ya some snacks and check out this touchscreen that you can input your vehicle info and color..so you can easily browse some options to see which designs and diameters of wheels you like best.The staff there is great...Kyle is my goto at the independence location..very knowledgeable about his trade and goes above and beyond to answer questions and concerns...its worth the trip just to check out the showroom..you wont be disappointed.....”

“Was referred to these guys by Certified Transmission and what a reference. Called and explained my situation, over the phone the guy patiently explained things and sent me over some forms to complete some measurements to provide them so they could custom make me some parts I needed. They could have easily scheduled me into the shop so they could run the measurements and charge me labor and diagnosis to do so but walked me through it to save me some time and money. Once I got the information over to them, they were prompt to respond with quesitons to be sure they had it all correct, said they would get on the project and call me when they were done. Phone rang the next day, parts were built and ready. I was able to send someone over to pick them up same day and the following day have the new drive shafts installed. The fit perfect, no complications at all. Truly impressive service and that is super hard to find these days. Will certainly use them again when needed and tell everyone I know. Price was more than reasonable and less than other customer shops online charge and I have to believe these guys are providing a better prodcut.”
