My most recent issue was quoted at a body shop for close to $2,000 but I went to see Kevin at O'Reilly and he was able to hook my car up and diagnose the exact problem and I was able to fix my car on my own saving me tons of money and time. “I had the worst experience with a drunk driver totaling my car. I had a problem trying to arrange a tow truck to tow my car to Carstar in Liberty. That’s when I contacted Michelle at Carstar. She was a rockstar. She had all my information, was so personable and knowledgeable. She was kind too, which is rare these days. She talked to the tow service for me and made all the arrangements. Darla was great too, very friendly. And also a shout out to the nice young man who helped me carry my valuables out of my car for me. It wasn’t even his position.
