“We just finished our move from South County to the City and we think that our decision to rent boxes from STL Rent A Box was the best one we made during this process. Everyone was very professional, prompt, and friendly. We used the 55 box package to prepare for our move with BEK moving (a sister company)Having the boxes delivered a week before the move gave us time to get them loaded up with all the small things from our house. That alone eliminated the need to find and store carboard boxes before the move. The boxes are very sturdy and just the right size to let you load them full without them being impossibly heavy. We used sweaters and clothing to pad fragile items, and had no issues with any damage.We marked the various rooms that the boxes should be placed in during the move. That way, no running back, and forth to a container box sitting in the front yard for days on end. After the move, we had 3 more weeks to get everything unloaded. How many people move and end up with unopened boxes sitting for years? This return "deadline" kept us focused and ensured that we got everything put into place. Another phone call and they came and picked up our empty boxes with a smile.”
