“New World Van Lines was our corporate mover. Our team out of Columbia, Missouri were Tim Douglas and Peter Strube – who were quick and careful. They actually got us done a day early! The unload team in Massachusetts (Josh, Tim and Leon) were equally as good. They worked continuously, took very few breaks (even for free pizza – ha!) Damage to our belongings was minimal, and they left both homes with very little debris or wall/floor damage. Great teams.”

“I was very nervous to use packrat based on reveiws but I ignored that and glad I did! We moved from WA state to Missouri in July and all of the 5 parts went perfectly smooth. The first phone call, the drop off of an empty container, the pickup, and the cross-country drop off! The online system is great for scheduling the pickups and drops. They just ask for like 10 days notice which isnt unreasonable. I think a lot of people are expexting it to be quicker. The only complaint I have is the wait time when you call (after they already have you as a customer, not before) and to some people that feels shady. It had me sweating at times but if you just wait they will eventually answer and help you. Also they tried to charge the gas surcharge that I was told would be waived but I brought it to their attention and they fixed it. And finally, YES IT'S EXPENSIVE (4-5K for me) but they are on par or below with the going rate. pods was going to be 3k more. We just have to accept that these kinds of things are going to be expensive. Thank you PACK RAT! We appreciated you and will use you again.”
