“I had a great experience at the Creve Couer location of First Community Credit Union. I was on a mission as there was a winter storm coming in the next few days or sooner as well as the holidays. I did not want to wait to the New Year to set up a couple of new accounts that I've been putting off forever. Oh and I had laryngitis at the time and was communicating only with my phone's text to voice app and hand motions and head nods and so on. I was able to get there around 11:00 a.m. on my lunch break and I didn't have to wait long. After I communicated with the nice bank teller, I soon met with Kyle Welge the branch manager. We were able to get what I needed done with ease. I appreciate it because I was short on time and was feeling self conscious about my voice situation. This is a great branch and I'm happy with my choice to bank with them.”

“I was waiting in line as an elder was helped by a teller. Passion, the teller, was extremely patient with the cu member who had multiple transactions. She even helped spell out some info for him to go on the money order. I came in rushing but after watching them for 10 minutes, I settled down. I can only hope there's more people like her to take time with people who need that extra help.”
“I've been with ABECU since the late 70's. I was looking on Google for a branch location and saw some disturbing reviews. I started reading them and couldn't believe it. One person posted several reviews that were ridiculous. He's blaming the lender for a bad car he bought? Since when does the lender become responsible for your purchase? That's the dealership. Others blame them for bad service. I've never had a bad experience. Never. Had many car loans and a credit card over the years. My guess is that if you are a good customer and pay your bills you will have no complaints ?”

“I just opened a new account. Friendly staff and pleasant to be around. The only complaint I have had is when I attempted to cash my check and deposit some into my checking account. I was advised that it would be a two day hold but when I received my receipt it showed a 10 day hold and the funds were deposited into my savings account. I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, the teller wasn't paying attention to my account and gave me the incorrect information. However I was then apologized to and was told the policy and explained why. I understood, just upset I wasn't given a fair opportunity to make a decision which left me with no money. I've heard good things about this financial institution and hope that this will be just a one time mistake.”

“I had no issue with American Airlines in St Louis. Normally, when people do a review on a business like this, it is to vent or aire a single incident or gripe. American is always my first choice to fly if I have one. The staff here were professional and friendly. They were also knowledgeable and helpful. My flights out of here have always taken off on time and landed a bit early. Even though the majority of my flights have been smooth, It is pretty much out of their control sometimes. The onboard entertainment on their flights are pretty good. Most all of their planes have wifi that will allow you to track your flight, see connecting gate information, listen to music and view live television and movies from your own personal device. Their snacks leave a bit to be desired. They do give you the full can drinks the majority of the time, but they only have those nasty rectangular cookies. Bring back the pretzels and peanuts. On a positive note my flight was a little more than an hour, a couple of times, and they still served snacks. I enjoy flying with American and am sad to see that they have gotten so many negative reviews. Welll over 90% of my experiences with the airline have been positive. But I guess to each their own.”
