They were very reasonable on price and did excellent service and when I went to pick up expecting to pay what was priced to me they told me it was $70 less as it didn't take as long, now that shows me a shop I can trust as I wouldn't have known it took less or not.”

“I needed an inspection on a car I recently got from my dad in Florida and I had a heck of a time finding a place with any openings. I finally made an appointment with Monroe and they tried to rip me off, saying I needed a new ti rod. I wanted a second opinion so I went down the street to valvoline, they sent me to see Bobby at 311 to get it checked out. They looked pretty busy but they made time for me! They brought me into the garage and showed me the part, nothing was wrong with it, it looked brand new. Bobby even took it for a ride around the block to make sure. I was still nervous about getting it reinspected but they referred me to Bill's Auto to get my inspection done ASAP. I am very thankful that they helped me save money on work I didnt need and also helped me avoid a future ticket. Thanks guys!”
