“Yuri has worked on two different cars of ours over the last few years and is always great to deal with. He's honest and not overpriced. One day something broke underneath my car and could be heard dragging as I drove. This was an old (unimportant) problem on our old car that my husband had quickly fixed with a zip tie a couple years prior. Well, that zip tie finally broke, it was 4:30pm and I had a 2 hour drive to make... Desperate, I called Yuri and he got me in at 4:50pm (they close at 5!), welded it and didn't charge me. Little glitch but promptly taken care of. They were super busy (which is a good sign) so I forgave the mishap. “Went into f&a cycle to get a carb cleaned, they told me I had to bring the bike in and it would be $340 for the labor and rebuild kit, that didn’t sound too right to me. I took the carb out in less than 15 mins with a half tank of gas so an hour of labor for removal and another hour for install??? Also they don’t take walk-ins with parts I HAD to bring the bike. Called Gilban motors spoke with a gentleman and they got me a quote of $220 with rebuild kit. I used to work on cars but boy the upswell f&a cycle was trying to pull was crazy, and to cover it up with liability claims, to get an extra hundred or so blows my mind. If your looking for help start here and work backwards if you want, glad I found this place.”

“Called them at opening about availability on my vehicles tire as I ran over something the previous night. The gentleman on the phone told me they had a bunch of options in stock that day to take care of me. He asked me if I would be able to come in around 9-930am or after to get my tires swapped in a quicker manner as not all the techs were there at open. (thankful for the honesty cause I don't particularly like waiting around longer than needed). Arrived at the location around 1030am was greeted and offered all the options they had and was told the differences in them. Made my choice and was told it would take a hour to 1.5 hours as there were other vehicles ahead of me (no problem). Sat down waiting and 30ish minutes later was told my vehicle was done. I prefer to be under promised and over delivered on services and times and this place did it. Thank you for the speedy service. will definitely go back.”

Not only didn't they bring my CRV back to life, they saved me money by pointing out an issue with my tires. Long story short, I had a tire shop in town put 4 new tires and complete an alignment 2 days prior to All-Star taking a look at my CRV. All-Star noticed tire wear and recommend an alignment and rotation. I took my crv back to the tire shop and they admitted that they didn't complete the alignment. All-Star doing their part in the industry to help consumers feel safe. This would have been a perfect time to bash others in the industry but the All-Star employees took the high road and were very professional and kind.”
