“I got there a little late at 6:54pm and was worried that it might be too late to print a few pages. The FedEx employee Natalie was very helpful and showed me the process to print with my thumb drive every step of the way. She was amazingly nice and extremely helpful. I'd recommend this FedEx just because of her great customer service! :)”

“I'm really struggling with why this place has such bad reviews. I've been here a number of times now to print signage for events, and also to pick up pre-ordered items created off of canva. Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. Also - if you do the canva option to create on canva and have it printed at FedEx it's crazy fast. like less than one day. Such an amazing thing that helps me out all the time.”

“Overall had a good experience. I had to go for a passport photo and they were able to help! It took a little longer than anticipated but I think there was an issue with the camera that was resolved. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!”

“I Just want to say how I went to this store for a while now and it hasn’t always been the best service but recently over the last couple weeks the service has gotten a lot better. I don’t know if a women by the name of Lilly is a new hire or not but she was delightful . We talked and she helped me get in and out in a timely and efficient manner which is hard to come by these days. “Jason (the manager) was SOOO EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I was having problems accessing a Word document to print up so I brought my computer in to get some assistance. Jason was so patient and helpful, never once exasperated with my needs and request. He quickly found the document and was able to print up exactly what I needed. I also had some pictures on this same old dinosaur of a laptop that I wanted printed up. He was also able to locate them and print up exactly what I wanted in two different sizes. He patiently spent an exorbitant amount of time helping me, never once making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time, just very friendly and so extremely helpful! He also has an incredible sense of humor and kept me in stitches the entire time! My kind of person! And he was also having a rough morning dealing with an issue with the front door, but rolled with the punches and tended to all the customers with professionalism and speed. What began as a very frustrating morning for me at home trying to find and print up the document I needed quickly, became a truly enjoyable visit to FedEx, lol. Jason's superior management skills, attitude, and personality completely changed my day around! He was also super helpful sending the package out with the documents I needed delivered the next day!I cannot say enough about Jason and this location! Service, management and personalities were spot on, especially given that they were also having a frustrating morning! “This place was so convenient and Emily went above and beyond to assist me and get me altogether. I’m a Travel RN from Florida and needed to ship some boxes and luggage home to Florida as I am without my car. I had 5 boxes, 2 book bags and 5 tote bags. I was even able to weigh and measure my suitcases for the airport. She also kept me from going to 2 other businesses. I didn’t even feel bad about spending the money. It was worth it and I met a really nice lady. She definitely provided exceptional customer service. I’m thankful!”
