Alecia greeted me the moment I pulled up, got my rxs in no more than 2 minutes, and brought an issue to my attention (the Dr had sent in 2 refills in different dosages). She took ownership of the problem and listened to my response! I've had mixed experiences here but appreciated Alecia's customer service so much that I will 100% be back. If you've given up on this location, you might want to give it another chance. Ask for Alecia!”

“I wanted to let Walgreens know of the exceptional service I received from Lisa the Pharmacist Technician today 8/17/23 at around 4:30pm at the Walgreens Store in Grandview, MO. I needed a refill of my BP medication but I am no longer insured. I originally phoned to make an appointmment at CenterWell. Lisa took the time to provide me information regarding CenterWell, but also shared that she might be able to help.
She discovered that I had 3 unfilled, refill prescriptions left that were about to expire in a week, and that she could check to see what discounts might be available to help with the cost. I did not realize that I had any refills left, and I was down to taking 1 tablet a week to stretch my medication. I had concerns about the out-of-pocket cost but Lisa assured me that she would help.
Lisa took the extra time to search for discounts and provided me with a price for all 3 refills that was significantly lower than what I had expected. Being able to take my medication daily now will sigificantly improve my quality of life. Thank you Lisa so much for taking the extra time to help me & thank you Walgreens!

12000 U. S. Hwy 71, Grandview“Admittedly, I've been to this store numerous times throughout the years. One specific time was for passport pictures and it was a nightmare.
I forgot to remove them as a preferred pharmacy with one of my doctors so I had to return to get a prescription that couldn't otherwise be transferred. I was dreading going in but - you do what you gotta do.
Anywho, I was very pleasantly surprised. The pharmacy team was cordial and professional, which I definitely appreciated. I was able to get my prescription in a timely manner with no issues.
Even more impressive was my interaction with a young man at the head of the store, named Chrys who was on top of his game.
Since I had to go for another reason I decided to have some photos printed. When I went to the front to retrieve and pay for my order I was greeted with a wonderful smile, excellent attitude and a strong willingness to help.
Chrys retrieved my order, asked if there was anything else he could assist with, made sure I got my extra care points for my purchase and one of the MOST important things for me is he thanked me for my business. Which for me speaks volumes!
Chrys changed my perspective of this store and due to that I plan to return in the future. I really like the positive changes I'm seeing at this location. Please keep it UP!!!”
