“I will say hands down the best customer service I have ever received as a female! Bob did not try to up sale me on anything talked to me like I knew what I was talking about even though I was a female and offered to help me switch out my battery before I could even ask since I am on a weight restriction due to work. I will continue to use this location just so I can have Bob as the person that helps me. I was in and out with in 15 mins including changing out my battery on my truck. I’m a military spouse and he helped me get the best deal. For any of my truck needs I will be visiting again this location because of Bob. You have a good worker there Bob will go above and beyond for anyone!”

“I had taken my daughter to Kansas University for an appt and my Tahoe overheated I called O'Reilly Auto Parts on Wordall Rd in KC I explained to a young man named Courtney that I am a very short woman and I didn't think I would be tall enough to put antifreeze in by myself and he told me to cone on in and he would do it for me ... he knew who I was the minute I got there (probably cuz I am short ha ha) he was super nice, friendly and helpful. We had to wait a bit for it to cool down but he came back out and put it in. He had the greatest personality, and I appreciate that from a customer service standpoint...
