He was the fellow that helped me last time with the washer fluid issue. Today, Nathaniel took the time to try three different sets of wiper blades on my Tesla before he found the one set which was optimal. I really appreciate this kind of customer service! “My granddaughter shattered my grandsons glass on his iPad. It was in my thoughts completely ruined and I was bummed since it was three years old but still had a lot of life to it. I called and made an appointment and they were able to see me immediately.When I arrived they knew exactly who I was, very welcoming, looked at the iPad, and assured me that they were able to fix it. The staff was AMAZING! Very customer service oriented, friendly and knowledgeable.
