JJ helped me find my phone which was like finding a needle in a haystack. He did not give up! He made phone calls and was able to locate in a place I would have never found it! I so appreciate the time and diligence! You don’t find customer service like that very often. I am so grateful!!

I can’t speak highly enough of J.J. and Ben. These 2 men are valued employees. I hope management realizes what they have. I was having a lot of problems with my iPhone. They took their time to help me and treated me like I was the most important person that would walk in their store today. Thank you for a job well done... read full comment
