“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have a 1990 Miata that we have owned for over 30 years. We were experiencing intermittent issues with the car not starting. I had taken my car in to several reputable automotive dealerships, and none could figure out what was causing the problem. I spoke with the owner, Randy Sneller, regarding the issue. He said, he would put one of his best mechanics on the problem. That mechanics name is Ryan Miner. Ryan did an excellent job diagnosing the intermittent starting issue and the problem was resolved. The car needed a few more minor adjustments to completely fix the problem, and that was done with no additional expense. I greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism that I experienced regarding my initial encounter with this establishment and look forward to continuing to work with them for years to come. “The people working at Jiffy Lube were great. But your prices have gone up way too much. I know everything is high these days but having to pay over $100 for an oil and filter is ridiculous. Especially since u guys don’t vacuum cars out anymore or clean the interior. Not as much service and prices to high”

I had some stuff on the vehicle that we're not working when I brought it and they fixed it for free. My starter went out on the vehicle they fixed it the same day squeeze me in on the busy schedule and got me back on the road. Jeff is honest and a very good man how many places would treat customers like that without charging them thousands and thousands of dollars Jeff didn't do that it his mechanics are awesome and very friendly and do a great job on your vehicle. “I called during the holiday season, asked about a windshield replacement. I had been putting it off for over a year because of cost, but he was able to quote me an amazing price and fit me in within a few days regardless of the weather. I took the gamble, out of necessity. It was done quicker than the quoted time, cheaper than originally agreed upon and the windshield was so well done, i kept touching it to make sure it was actually there. We will be returning very soon with the rest of our farm truck fleet and all their body needs!Service: Auto glass repair”

“Our 2017 Ford Fusion broke down about 200 miles from home. The Ford dealership we had our car towed to said we needed a new engine ($9,000). We approved in hope to drive the car 5 more years. We couldn't afford a new one. We picked it up yesterday and drove it home. As soon as we got home the car engine alarms. We took it to Fulton Ford. Caleb (Service Department) said they would look it over. He found a recall notice for the original engine failure and talked to me about it. I then called the other Ford Dealership. They refunded all $9,000. It made our Christmas. I would never have thought on an engine recall. Thanks Caleb and Fulton Ford.”
“I've been using this shop for years as my go to. The price an service and the speed in which they get it done has no equal.
When having issues with my truck Red had me drop off my truck an he would work on it an get it running so i wouldn't miss work, When arriving to pick it up not only was the shop not open but my truck wasn't ready either. Come to find out i received a call after hours ( Around 9:30pm) from Red apologizing that an emergency had came up, he just finished my truck and literally delivered it to my driveway for me that evening. They take great care of their customers and i wouldn't dare think of taking my truck anywhere else!”
