Thankfully, I had a positive experience with a very pleasant young woman at the counter. There was even someone in there laying new tile to spruce up the place. No complaints from me. Hopefully they got rid of the problem.”

No line when I arrived. Friendly staff who communicated clearly. Grateful for my helper who quickly listened to, then acted on my concerns. Professional, effective, respectful and personal too! She tracked down the package and brought it to me before it got out on the truck for delivery today. Now I have my long anticipated package!! Thank you!”
“Stopping by the post office in Clayton wasn't busy during my visit around noon on a Thursday. It’s a quick spot to get stamps, and the staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that the automatic door in the front wasn’t labeled.”

“I have recieved courteous & professional service from postal clerks, and on the other hand recieved service from rude, unprofessional clerks. This is the location assigned to my residence. So I enter with a smile my on my face, picing up and discarding tickets & receipts from previous customers. We must be the change we want to see...”

“G this is the worst post office I my area I’m about to share multiple experiences postmaster general needs to do something about this one get some new staff and a new postmaster in there. There staff absolutely hate their lives! Went in today 2/3/2024 tried to send certified mail to get a receipt with no postage necessary and federal law retaining to no postage on my letter envelope. Lady didn’t even look at it put the label over and tries to charge me which is a felony according to the law. Another incident I was in there mailing some stuff and I decided to take a picture of my envelope and the public lounge and one of the ladies who hate her life said I couldn’t film or take pictures inside public areas so I proceeded to film according to my first amendment They proceeded to call the police on me for the police to completely ignore me to go in and educate the postmaster of the posted rules on the wall! you guys are meant to uphold the constitution as an officer and a servant of we the people I only put five stars so my post actually gets seen because there’s so many bad reviews at this location! And absolutely please do not go to this office for your passport they’re way better places That know how to handle special American passports A.k.a. American non citizen US National passports they have no clue on the constitution and And how to actually run this post office!”
“This is my local post office. They are always friendly and helpful. Yesterday my wife applied for a new passport and they went above and beyond to help her get through all the paperwork.”

“Richard, Pam, Marcus and others are fantastic. Sorry, but Im bad on names, would ment others if I could remember names.We have used this branch for our P.O. Box and local delivery for over 14 years. Although we have had major issues lately with an address change. These issues are due to the system over all.*** Richard just spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to solve our forwarding mail issues.***Marcus has been a great local carrier and Pam is always very nice and helpful. Others have done a great job as well.The post office as a whole has had issues over the past 4 years, but these people have been outstanding. Give them a break when you see them, the job is NOT easy.I spent several years as a subcontractor for USPS, it's not easy keeping people happy. If you ship packages with FedX chances are you'll have problems compared to USPS. UPS is pretty good though, but not up to the quality of service as the USPS.Thank you for all your service!!! Cheryl and I really appreciate it!”

“Came around 3:15pm today, Friday 06/09/23 and was the only person in the post office. The person working the counter was very kind and pleasant to work with. He was very thorough in what I needed to do to pay for a postage stamp, and worked quickly to get me in and out. I'd say I was at the post office for a total of 4 minutes max.
The other times I was here, I experienced great customer service, fast lines, and a clean room. I really have no complaints with this post office, and can't understand all the negative reviews posted regarding this location. I actually wish I would have gotten the employee's name because he was just that pleasant to work with, and workers like that should be acknowledged.”

“I've always had great and friendly service at this post office. it is small and efficient. always the same friendly man working and he is extremely personable even initiates conversation with my 5yr old. I've never had an issue with mail getting to destination. not sure why such bad reviews but I base mine on return visits, one visit anything could have happened and people and businesses deserve second chances.”
“There are a lot of bad ratings for the wrong location on this business listing. That being said, this is an old building (cool in its own way) that needs work in the entranceway, and I've had mixed experiences but overall positive with the staff. Still bring all my packages here when I print and attach my own pre paid labels”

“After reading the reviews I was bracing myself for a bad delivery experience but I did tell myself I would leave a decent review if I didn't have any problems. The only issue I had was that they are slow to answer the door when you go knocking to check in. Other than that, I was in and out in about an hour and done before my appointment time.”
