“The customer service representative (who i unfortunately didn’t get his name) went above and beyond. I went in and was immediately offered help but without being bombarded but with a very kind approach. I informed him i was in search of a lava lamp light bulb but when he searched the inventory, there was none available. He then was able to find one and called his manager to ask if he could sell it to me based on that it wasn’t in their inventory. (I had been in the car in the parking lot still and he got my attention to come inside) Sold me what i needed and had some amazing music playing while we talked. Overall, will be returning and informing all my business friends to shop from this location!”
