“My experience with the Verizon off of Lindbergh & Halls Ferry was superb. I thought I had inadvertently lost some very important information on my phone and was feeling really bad about it- like sick to my stomach bad. But after I assaulted the agent, Arlando with an A, for telling me the info was lost never to be seen again (not really, I just sort of punched him in jest), Superwoman Summer came to the rescue and was able to magically recover what I thought I had lost. I told the manager they deserved 1,000 stars, but she said five was the limit. I was to receive an email/link to rate them, but, alas it never arrived. Soooo, three months later I am writing a review extolling their skill, talent, camaraderie, and all around helpfulness. This young man was extremely helpful, he was very fast and courteous. He took his time with us, since we were senior citizens. Spectrum need more employees like this.”
