“Jason worked hard with us to get a wheelchair van for my handicap boyfriend with even meeting us. We got an 2008 Ford Econoline and since we got it have had two issues with the lift. Jason got us in the same day both times and got the lift working free of charge since has not been 30 days since we bought it. Jason has been very great and gone above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend and return for repeat business.”

“Our experience with Alamo was far superior to Hertz in STL. The vehicle options were VW jetta, dodge charger and Chevy impala. They were clean and what we expected. The employees were friendly including the shuttle drivers. Would use Alamo again as their price was less than other rental companies and the vehicles were nicer than Hertz has too.”

“I have used this location twice and I would definitely use it in the future. When I picked up my vehicle I was only inside for 5 minutes at the most. I was put in a 2023 Corolla and I really enjoyed driving it. I did not want to go back to my older car! I was able to leave my rental at the dealership next door when picking up my car. This made the process extremely easy. I received a follow up call two days later for my contract to be wrapped up and my deposit processed. The employee, John, that I spoke to was very polite, friendly, and personable. He asked how I liked the Corolla and he was happy to hear how much I enjoyed it. I appreciated him asking me about the car I was put in and how my experience was getting my rental through them. Thank you, John, for your amazing customer service! Keep up the good work!”

“I recently rented a car from Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise on Ladue Rd. in St. Louis. I am sure glad that I did because it was a fantastic experience and it truly enhanced my stay in St. Louis making my time there that much more fun.We reached out to the number listed and we got a live person on the other line right away. It was Luis G. who manages the exotics collection. He readily answered my questions and had a great knowledge of his inventory. We were a little undecided on which car we wanted, but that was not a problem since he was very receptive to us coming down to the lot and taking a look for ourselves. When we arrived, he greeted us and walked the lot with us and made the experience personal and pleasurable. He was patient as we made our decision and we ultimately decided on a white Maserati with white leather interior. The car was fire! Luis made the checkout process as easy as it could be and off we went cruising the highways of Missouri with giddy'up and style. He also gave us a 1 hour grace period when returning the car which turned out to be key for our departure time. Overall, this location had an abundance of inventory and if I only had 1 single criticism it would be that they lack 1-2 ultra-exotic brands such as a Lamborghini or Ferrari. Not sure I would have taken my rental to that much of an extreme and ultimately 99% of the tourism population in STL isn't in the market for that type of vehicle anyhow. Luis did tell me he was in the process of trying to obtain a couple new vehicles to spice up the higher end exotic fleet and I believe that he is a man of his word. If I am ever back in the area I am 1000% hitting up this rental agency again. I give them my highest recommendation.”

“They really help me out when I needed my car repaired the repair to longer then expected had to pay out of pocket when the insurance no longer would cover the continued rental they were very accommodating the reason for 4stars is because they never anwer the phone for the extention had to go up there everytime which was inconvenient for me having to ask my job to leave early for that but other then that I really recommend them to everyone I know who needs a rental”
