“I've been taking my dog here for over 8 years and had nothing but top-notch care for my boy. I unfortunately had to have him put down a few weeks back, and the staff were so kind throughout the whole experience. The hospital has a separate room for saying goodbye to your pet that is comfortable and quiet, and for me it made all the difference to feel like I could take my time to say goodbye and not feel rushed. They even sent me a sympathy card in the mail afterwards signed by most of the staff and the vets that was handwritten and so thoughtful. The staff here clearly love and care about animals and it shows through all that they do. They really made a very difficult time go just a little bit smoother for me.”

“Had to kennel our reactive dog for the first time and we were worried where to take him that wouldn’t stress him out even more. The staff made sure the lobby and hallways were clear when taking him in and out to protect him and other dogs. They gave him his allergy medicine and played with him no problem. They even were able to trim his nails! My dog loved his stay and we’ll definitely choose them again whenever we kennel our dog!”

“Wow. The Clip Joint has become like Family to us! For about 35 years (!) we have trusted numerous pets to the capable staff. Amongst other notables, Kathy and Sandi (sp?) are first-rate. Careful listeners; always aim to please; bows are a thoughtful touch. They allow 4-hour window appointment times...so no need to "leave" our "Kids" there all day! Soft spoken and kind. They are careful. Quick to offer their well-rounded advice, if asked. Innovative service on Tuesday and Friday nights, where CJ offers quick nail and eye "touch-ups". “I wanted to give a shout out to Dzenana at Lola’s. My dog, Ruthie, is always so excited to see her and she does a fabulous job grooming her. It’s amazing that Dzenana is able to handle Ruthie as she is a highly energetic doodle! It makes me so happy to know Ruthie enjoys her time at Lola’s and is well taken care of here. “First, I just looked at other reviews for this location. Im not giving this store a low score like others have solely because Tractor Supply as a whole is “woke.” I'm basing my score due to my interaction with the staff IN THE STORE. Big difference. Anyway, I normally shop at Tractor Supply in Troy. However, this location had one planter in stock that I really wanted and I made a long drive to get it. Online it said there was one. But when I got there, Deven thought there were more and went to look and found a lot more of this particular hanging planter! I was thrilled! (Corporate needs to make sure they are on top of what’s in stock at different locations.) Thank you Deven for going the extra mile. Let’s talk about James. He not only helped us locate stall pellets, he offered to put them in my cart (and load them in my car) and then THANKED me for shopping at Tractor Supply! Who even says “thank you” like that anymore? James did. Kudos James. Jessie was super sweet at the register. And one other gentleman helped me find a few other things but I didn't get his name. Obviously it was a great experience at this location. Thanks to all! You're what customer service is supposed to be like.”
