Extremely friendly in person and via text. Loved that I could text and get an appointment. I got a text and call that my puppy was done. When I came to pick my puppy up, they had just brought him in from a potty break.

Louie from the Lou looks and smells amazing! ya'll did such a great job, he is so soft and has a great shine to his gold fur! Price was fair. No complaints!
