“Our experience started bad when we came to pick up the car and they (Miric and Christian) didn't have the one we had reserved and they didn't volunteer to call around to another Enterprise to see if they had the one we reserved. We wanted a Nissan Rouge, but ended up with a Mitsubishi Mirage for our trip to Colorado for a graduation. I was in an absolute pinch when I called and Drew got me reserved to pick up a car just hours later after one would be returned. They didn't try to charge me extra and no hidden fees. “My survey expired and I badly needed to take it. My mom is in St. Louis and I am in Ohio. I was in a rental car dilemma and Lauren Sitar at the 13750 Manchester Road, Manchester, MO location. Lauren had NO idea what I was going through and certainly was not aware I was prepared to cry my way home for nine hours because I didn’t know if I would see my mom alive again. I feel awful that I let my survey expire but I knew it was going to be an emotional reply so I needed a minute. Apparently, I took too many minutes. “I needed to take the time to write a review about my experience today. Lexi was amazing. When I arrived to enterprise there was some complications with my reservation. Im an exciteable person by nature and Im sure I always resonate frustration in frustrating situations. Lexi was calm, poised, and professional In our entire interaction. She was empathetic to my situation, and worked to get it resolved very efficiently, while being polite the entire time. Lexi was faced with multiple clerical issues while getting my issues resolved, as well as other customers in the store dealing with problems. I've worked retail for 20+ years, I understand what its like when things out of your control are only compounding on to already uncomfortable and challenging situations, and genuinely Lexi handled all of it like a champion. What could have been a terrible situation, turned in to probably the best retail experience ive had in years, and its all thanks to her professionalism, and most importantly her empathy with the situation. 10/10 Customer service from Lexi.”

“After having a really bad experience with the Lindbergh location AND the customer support line, I was SO RELIEVED to rent my moving truck from this location. The owner made sure I was on the road quickly after arriving, thoroughly went through estimated costs with me, and was accommodating to my schedule, as they closed at 1. Really just a stand up guy, doing business the right way. Will use for all my future truck rentals.”

If you have everything in order, and read all of the instructions/rules, you will be set. Prompt, clean, and friendly. Top of the lone Hertz and I will only utilize this location 100% due to Ernie and his team. In short- he, "Gets", customer service. Kudos to this Hertz location, and Ernie inparticular. Keep it up! I will keep referring my company and friends to this particular Hertz.”
“This location is actually a franchise and operates under a different name when you get there. It is small and doesn't have a huge selection. The bathroom was disgusting, and I'm not really sure if it is routinely used for public use. Despite all this, the front desk person was really friendly and professional. One thing that surprised me is that they asked if I was going out of state, and if you go to another state other than what you told them, there may be other charges. They have reasonable rates cheaper than Enterprise!”

“I went there to sell my dad's van, but they were not able to offer a price we could agree on. My decision, not on them. During my visit, each employee took time to speak with me and treated me with respect, including the tech. I don't think I could have been treated better if I was purchasing a top of the line van with every imaginable option! They were all friendly, honest, and straightforward. They even took time to explain several things after we both knew we could not make a deal. If I was in the market for a new wheelchair accessible van, I would come to see them immediately! I am horrible with names, but I remember Ryan and Van. There were two others, a man and a women. All of them were very helpful!”
