“Wow wow wow. We are from Florida traveling to Iowa. We bought Goodyear Endurance tires from Discount Tires near our home in Florida two years ago. So glad they have a warranty! While at our campsite last night in St Francois State Park in Missouri we noticed our RV had a flat tire. We aired it up and drove 17 miles to Discount Tires in Farmington. A customer service rep Lauren came out to the parking lot to greet us as we drove in. Fantastic customer service. They replaced our tire for free! Super friendly crew. They had our records in their system. Highly recommend Discount Tires and especially this store in Farmington Missouri”
“Ordered a truck cap it came in damaged was sent back came in damaged again . Eric worked with ARE and got one expedited for me . Looks great . The employees offered to let me use their personal truck while I waited . They all went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Recommend them highly. Thanks guys !!!!!”

“Picked up my Corbin signal & horn kit from Rhodes for my Honda pioneer Deluxe. With a little help from utube & a friend install went pretty good. Took about two weeks for the delivery, & about a month before I had time for the install. Just to say thanks for a well working kit. Good friendly service & don’t forget to check out his CanAm monster machine. Loved it.”

“I love writing reviews, good and bad. But let me tell you, the staff at Pettus Automotive went above and beyond to help fix my truck. Jeff Elliott and Nathan Hatfield are great, they helped get a plan together to get my truck fixed perfectly in a quick manner as well. Heather and Hannah, those girls are so busy but always took the time to be friendly, kind and courteous when I called in. Heather especially having to deal with that stupid warranty company. Also, while my truck was there, I had them add the trailer brake controller and front differential. Steve in parts was awesome, I'm sure Bill helped out as well. And I have to save the best for last, Weezer did a killer job on getting my baby back on the road. Weezer probably wont remember me but I remember him and Jeff from over 30 years ago back at Parker Banks, they were a great duo back then, Pettus is lucky to have them.
Thank you all so much. You all deserve lunch from the big bosses...... If I need anything else, I will definitely be back as well as sending others.”
