“I purchased a wheel hub from here. The price was only about $5 bucks more from the big box stores.Mistakenly, I recieved my part as a 2 wheel drive when I needed 4 wheel drive. Come Saturday, my truck is jacked up and tore apart when I discover this unfortunate situation.I called Fisher's at 5 minutes till close and informed them of my situation. Not only did they take my call, but since I was close, they delivered a new part to me with the proper paperwork at no extra charge!David was nothing but professional and made sure to keep me from being stranded in my own driveway.I guarantee the box stores would not be able to match the service; even if the people behind the counter want too.$5 more for a part was more than I thought I could ever ask for in service!”
