I’ve been coming to CFGBT for 14 + years -
that alone says it all! The workouts vary daily and are great! Karla is the perfect coach and the coaches under her are really great as well. Like I said - 14 YEARS!!!

This is a great gym. The people are great and the coaches do a great job of making sure you know what you are doing and dont get hurt. Great work out everytime with wonderful community.
