“Came in from out of town and purchased a souvenir that I couldnt take back on the plane without checking it in due to it being too big. I drove to the closest open UPS Store, which was in Farmington, MO. Jules was the best! She provided excellent customer service and gave me a great price and packaged up my item and got it to my home safely. Thanks for all your help!”

“I received 5 star service today from an employee named Nora over the phone and wanted to give her a special shout out. Nora promptly answered the phone and was able to assist in helping my client get documents printed and notarized at the store. She went above and beyond to give me pricing details and assist me in problem solving a not-so-ordinary situation. She has no idea how much her assistance has positively impacted this customer in the community... getting this paperwork taken care of was literally life changing for the customer and Nora was happy to assist.
