“Went to UPS in Farmington to return a package to Macys. There were several customers there but the young woman behind the counter was so pleasant and so efficient that no one minded. She never seemed agitated (I would have), just kind and smiling. Not my first time in that UPS store and every time I am impressed by the skills of the behind the counter employee. I think the owners of this store must be pretty good people to have a staff of young people that are all first class employees.”

“After water damaging an iPhone X that had almost a decade of un-backed up data on it (my bad, I know), I was desperate to get my data back somehow, but every local repair shop I took it to / online "data recovery service" scam company I found either told me it was irreparable or would cost literal thousands of dollars and take months. Luckily, I stumbled across a YouTube vid of Jason at STS Telecom repairing a water-damaged iPhone X, and I could not be happier that I did.
