“Every time we’ve brought a vehicle into Spirit One, we’re always confident in the work they’re performed or advice we’ve been given. This time it’s an old farm truck needing inspections for plate renewal (and a windshield wiper and to plug a slow leaking tire) but it won’t pass the emissions inspection because of an engine light. Dave found a workaround regarding the few miles we put on it a year. It’s a mileage exemption that if it’s driven less than 12k over two years it doesn’t require the emissions inspection - ours has only been driven about 6K over two years! If Dave had not found this, we would have had to replace the transmission, no older inexpensive ones to be found, or parked it for a year and a half waiting for it to be 26 years old for the emissions exemption. Dave saved the day, month and year for us!”

“I love my car and generally take care of it myself. So when issues come up that I can't fix, taking it to the mechanic is always severely anxiety inducing. RPM diagnosed my problem (in minutes), provided the fix, pointed out a few other problem areas (offered to fix those, but they're things I'd prefer to do myself), and were able to perform some much needed preventative maintenance that I don't have the skills or tools to do.
They know what they are doing and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I love that they provided me with options of each individual item they could perform, why, and let me choose which ones to do. Highly recommended.”

“I showed up here, 180 miles from home and I wasn't going to make it 5 more miles. The owner of the shop said he was booked full and didn't have the staff to get me in. Understandable. He asked what was wrong and I explained what I knew so far. This guy made sure I got home as cheap as possible. I asked to pay extra, they deserved it. All he said was "I don't take money that isn't mine" and refused to take anything extra.Moral of the story, these guys are the most legit and honest shop you will ever come across! They're going to take care of you. It will be at a fair price. And they're going to be honest with you. I just wish they were in my town so I could give them my Business.”
