I messaged them through chat on Google to find out if I could walk in for a safety inspection they said they would try to work me into the schedule and got me in the same day!!! I was so thankful to find an honest shop closer to my house they are AMAZING!! “I was able to get into Big Bend Auto center quickly when my car battery was having issues. I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and it was greatly appreciated! Not only did they fix the battery, they noticed one of my head lights was out as well, and fixed that too. They were always friendly and courteous. “During a bad storm on a weekend, we got two flat tires on the drivers side of our car. We had it towed to Gateway who was closed for the weekend and the holiday. When we got there Wed AM to drop off the keys and explain what happened, David already had a quote ready for us! Not only that, but they caught our bad brakes on the back before we had to buy rotors and offered to fix those for us as well. Prices were great, owner was honest and transparent, work was done in a day...all around amazing experience and we will absolutely go here first for any car issues moving forward!”

“When I came here just before the new year started, the shop was so busy. The wait was an hour, and only two or three staff were operating this shop. I got my oil changed, and if you don't mind waiting, you can come here to get your oil changed without leaving your car.”
“I visited this Dobbs location out of necessity today. I live in IL but had gone to StL for a doctor's appointment. While there I clipped a curb and damaged the sidewall of one of my tires. I was WAY too nervous to drive 45 minutes home on the tire, and also not confident enough in my tire changing abilities to do it myself. I quickly pulled up tire shop locations near me and this Dobbs popped up. I explained to the man working there what was going on and almost immediately he had a young man putting my spare on for me. They would not even accept payment for it!!! The man at the counter and the young man who did the work were both extremely friendly and kind. They got me back on the road within 15 minutes of pulling in. If I lived closer to this Dobbs I would absolutely use them again. Thank you Olivette Dobbs!!!”

“I went here yesterday for the first time. They have an impressive waiting area with free coffee which tastes good. They got accommodating personnel paired with professional technician in Jerry who explained stuff for me without upselling anything. They got a good system in place and charge reasonably for oil change. The car felt smooth driving out of the shop. The photo is me lounging at their office sipping their good coffee.”

“i have been to this location 3 times now in the past month and each time, they were so nice and caring. back on 2/12 i had a screw in my driver side front tire and Gary took care of me the first time, then i came in on 3/8 because my passenger front tire wouldn't air up, the girl who works there, didn't catch her name, took out a small rubber piece that was blocking the path for the air to go in the valve stem and she was super quick and efficient. i just left there today because my back passenger tire was losing air due to a small nail he said, and gary was there again to take a look at it and patch it up. i was then helped by Jose, who was super nice as well. 10/10 recommend this location. will go back each time the highway sends a screw/nail into my tires!”

I came back the next day to have my spare taken off and actual tire put back on and they were very fast. In the past I've always felt silly at auto shops for asking questions and always left with the feeling that I was being overcharged or taken advantage of for a lack of car knowledge, but that was not my experience here. If I need to come to an auto shop again, I'll come here!”

“******* at Danmark totally saved the day today. I called him up because as we were getting ready to go out of town, our car would not start. We determined it was the battery. And ******* said he had one in stock and to come right up, and he would put it, and within 10 minutes of me getting there. It was done, he even checked my alternator for me to make sure that wasn't the cause I really appreciate him being there when I needed somebody.”
