“I loved my experience with Mia Grace Bridal! I am so happy with how well it went. Lindsay helped throughout my appointment. She truly took her time to understand wedding details and help me navigate a variety of styles, fabrics to help me learn what I like. I am already dreaming about a dress but my mom and family want to be part of the day I say Yes to the dress so I will be returning at a later date to re-try my faves, try new styles that have arrived and let fam/friends pick some for me to try. I am excited for the return appt. I am positive that day will be the day I say yes! Thanks so much for making me feel special during my appt. I arrived as a lost puppy and left confident. “The staff in this store is kind, enthusiastic, patient, and just really good at their job. I purchased several things for my daughter for Christmas and wanted to exchange one item for another online item. Annette kindly assisted us through the process, then remembered details about the order to assist us again when it arrived. We were recently back in the store and had started to check out, but then wanted to add an item. Trinity and the manager were accommodating and encouraged us to take our time.”

“Mom stopped in one day to check the place out, no one ever talked to her or anything. She went back stopped back in Saturday to look again and said Ken was there and talked to her about what she might be looking for. She said he was very nice, helpful and not pushy. He greeted her and helped her out and told her have a look around and let him know if she needed help he would be right there for her. She wished more places had good employees like him. She said the way he treated her was a complete turn around from her first stop in there. She wanted to assure Ken gets recognized for how well he is with customers, even if they are just looking around. It would be 5 stars if not for the first stop in there.”

“This store, these women working here. Absolutely the most truly helpful, kind human beings on the planet! Words can’t even describe the evening I had coming in to buy an entire wardrobe last minute for new business casual position I accepted. I wore scrubs my whole adult life to work, and knew absolutely nothing. They did more than help. They found me outfits that were so perfect and I felt so good in them. They let me ask questions and they made suggestions and looked to see how things looked or fit or matched…..and I walked out with an entire weeks worth of outfits in less than an hour and a half. Maybe less! They were truly happy to help me and I never felt like a burden or useless. My stress was gone, and my spirit uplifted. I will never forget it!”
