“I just moved back from Montana to Missouri after losing my leg. While living at The Prairie I won a gift card and treats to Treats Unleashed. I was running low on food so I decided to call to see if they had what I needed. Lanie was very helpful in finding me the perfect match of dog food for my puppy Dolan. I'll be buying all of my dog food/treats from here instead of the "big box" stores. It's also very close and convenient so I'll be using them for grooming as well”
“We visit this location for grooming needs every other month. We’ve been seeing Lindsey for probably 2 years now. I can’t say enough good things about her and how happy I am to have someone so sweet and talented take care of my precious Savi girl’s grooming needs. The entire staff at this location is so kind and welcoming, they get you in and out in an efficient manner and it’s always a real pleasure to visit and check out the latest treats and toys.”
“I was worried about leaving my Golden Retriever (Tucker) for first time at a groomer but he did fine. The groomer was very good with him and was quick to get him done and ready to go home. Petting him, he felt so soft and clean and seemed very happy - not stressed or anxious to leave. I will be taking him back to be groomed again in the future. Thank you for making him feel so soft and clean and I appreciate your patience with him.”
“I encountered a Yadi's Yummies booth at the Vintage Market Days. My kids loved the chicken & apple and also peanut butter & carob treats I picked up. It is a great small business story with 10% of sales going to rescue groups. The two folks at the booth were so nice. I would highly recommend, also my two furry kids approve so that is a gold star rating.”
“I have taken my beagle for grooming here since they opened. I have her shaved due to allergies, and she gets compliments on her coat constantly! Ocean is her regular groomer, and the care she and the other staff show to their "clients" is wonderful! ? The store itself is always neat, clean, and well stocked, so shopping during grooming time is a treat. There are smiles and greetings from the staff from the moment you walk in the store. I would give more than five stars if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

The same brand of dog food (blue) is literally HALF the price for the same weight down the street at Walmart market.Edit: owner replied that they price match, which I was unaware of. My mistake. 5 stars if thats the case!”

“I went in there looking for bird food for my parakeets, and left with a lovebird. He kept openin the cage as thought to say “take me home”. This was the kindest staff I have ever encountered and answered all questions I had regarding my current birds, new birds, and possible purchases.”

“This was my 1st visit to Wag N Wash, and I was very impressed. A kind lady helped me use the self-service dog wash. My dog, Louie, was hesitant to walk up the ramp, but she assisted. I told her that Louie was not a fan of the dryers, so she gave us stocking to cover his ears, and it worked! It's nice to run into kind and helpful people! I will definitely be a repeat customer!”
“This was our first experience with Treats Unleashed. We have a 5 month old Morkie (Mila) and they recommended the face, feet and fanny package to get her used to the grooming process. Mila did fantastic, her groomer was amazing and we are looking forward to her next visit in 4 weeks to get her full grooming done. She smells and looks wonderful. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and us as the owner with our wants/needs. Super happy to have found an amazing groomer for her from the start.”

“So I've always gone all the way to a Fallon from Saint Charles to pick up my chicken food which is such a long drive. I just had surgery and I thought I would give it a whirl just to see if I could bring up anything closer to Saint Charles so that I could get chicken food closer to homeTo my surprise, I found a location in Saint Charles and I never heard of it before and there were no reviews so I thought I would still drive up to it just to see. It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I was in and out within less than two minutes. They even fill propane tanks for you for less than $14.”
“I go here somewhat regularly for things for my pets. They usually have some decent sales to check out. They also will price match Purina products for vets/vet techs who have Purina professional accounts. Just show them what you would pay for it, and they'll match it. Very helpful when you're unable to order from Purina for professionals due to food being out of stock with them currently. Usually, petsmart has what I need. Thank you Petsmart!”
“Molly took the time to talk through the grooming process with our 18 month old newly adopted Yorkie Poo. He had never been groomed. She assured me if he was anxious our upset they would stop and give him a break. Dogs know dog people. He trusted Molly and did great. He looks so handsome.”
