“I made several stops into the business looking at Zero Turn Mowers and Joe (son) was very informative on each visit explaining the different models and what would work for 3 acres. The day of purchase I met the family Joe Sr and his mother who were all very knowledgeable on the products and willing to answer all my questions. This is a family run business, and the level of service was spot on and what you get at a family run business. I settled on the Big Dog 60 Alpha MPX 60, which was big enough for the job and came with a great warranty. Worked with Meghan who secured the 0% finance for me without any issues. Then the day of pickup, Jake went over the mower and explained the important parts and answered my questions. “I purchased a corner cabinet online and it was to be delivered to the chesterfield location. I received a notification that it was delivered to the store. I spoke with Nicholas and he said his manager noticed it was the wrong one and that the correct one should be there the next day. (Thank you to his manager! I’m sorry I didn’t get his/her name). My experience talking with Nicholas was the best customer service I’ve encountered!! He was kind and informative. Nicholas informed me the cabinet was not “assembled” as I had seen on the website. He went out of his way to put it together for me because I am not able to due to hand and wrist problems. Thank you, Nicholas!! “Couldn't be happier. We called a few places to get bids on new landscape for both our front and back yards as well as an island and was taken back when a few places wanted a large non-refundable deposit to just talk. Wiese Nursery set up a time for Sarah to come out and discuss what we were wanting. She listened to our thoughts and came up with a detailed design (for free). She included a beautiful selection of plants to give interest to the yard year round. She also listened to the aesthetic we were wanting. We set up a second in person visit to go over some of the selections and made a few changes. In the weeks before the install, I emailed her several times asking questions and making a few last changes. She was very responsive and offered new ideas based on my thoughts. Norman, the owner, came out a couple days before they began the project to go over the plans. The install crew was incredible; showed up on time, worked very hard, were very respectful and did amazing work. We are so very pleased with everything from start to finish. Highly recommend!”
