Nathan was excellent. His customer service was fantastic. I have never had a new phone purchase go so smoothly.

We were in this past Tuesday and we were waited on by Taylor. She was extremely helpful and her customer service was impeccable. She was on hold multiple times times and kept her composure and made us feel comfortable while we waited.
