“Most of the bad reviews about this location have to do with company policy and not the location itself, so you guys can take that up with corporate, don’t blame the employees here for following rules. I personally love this gamestop, by far the best one i’ve ever been to. The employees are super nice and my bf and I come in here all the time even when we don’t have money to spend. Maddie is my favorite employee, she’s always making conversation with us about the things we’re buying or stuff we’re both interested in.”

“Recently, when seeking to replace a phone, I learned that I had been making $3.33/month finance payments on a phone I had returned at a non-corporate agent office. The fellow there had failed to handle the return properly. This office on Broadway helped me out by accepting my paying off of the balance and crediting it back to me so that I could get my needed replacement. They didn't have to do that crediting.I did inform that other office of their mistake. When the hapless agent asked if there was anything else he could do, I resisted the urge to tell him to pay me out of his pocket, and instead simply said, "Nothing whatsoever." He understood.”

They might have just 1 or 2 employees but they know what they are doing and they make sure that the customer is happy and has answers to all his questions before they leave the store. I will continue to go here until I can't no more. P.s. I have been a loyal customer over 10 years,(hook me up with a Lil free upgrade or something, maybe a Bluetooth or something. Lol) I swear the service and coverage are the best. I hardly ever hit a dead zone and if I do, my phone is always the last phone to drop a call and the first to connect to a tower!”
“Thank you to Walmart for delivery in this crazy time. I'm giving y'all 5 stars because it's a Walmart and I expect it to be reviewed as a Walmart. Or in laments terms a corporate grocery store mass merchandiser whose goal is to get customers in and out. The building is clean and a bit older or, as most old people say "that's why it's bad" it's a building that's not broken or anything. It's in great condition for a store that's treated terribly by creepy old ladies. The staff is great and unique and I love it. I have seen personalities, crazy hair, and individuality in this stores employees and I am so glad they let their staff live and enjoy their life. Keep it up !!”
