“Our son was traveling thru Columbia when he called us and stated the car was slipping/not running right. We live 2.5 hours away and didn’t want him to get stranded so we found this place next to the interstate. It was at night, on the weekend so we had him fill out the form and drop the keys. (Got someone to meet him there and pick him up).On Monday I called the establishment and he was extremely nice and stated they would look at the car. He called back later and told me that it was not transmission related and gave me more info on what he thought it would be. He provided references to contact that could look at the car. He did not charge us for looking at it and since we are from out of town, he even took our car to the next automotive establishment we choose to get fixed.If you’re looking for a place that treats their customers right and are helpful - this is your place to go!”

“Awesome experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. Prompt service and excellent communication. Not only didn't they bring my CRV back to life, they saved me money by pointing out an issue with my tires. Long story short, I had a tire shop in town put 4 new tires and complete an alignment 2 days prior to All-Star taking a look at my CRV. All-Star noticed tire wear and recommend an alignment and rotation. I took my crv back to the tire shop and they admitted that they didn't complete the alignment. All-Star doing their part in the industry to help consumers feel safe. This would have been a perfect time to bash others in the industry but the All-Star employees took the high road and were very professional and kind.”

“The team at GAPS Automotive Repair in Boonville are absolute lifesavers! Especially Paula and Gus (and Austin too)!I am a small, young woman who was traveling alone from Topeka, KS to Bonne Terre, MO for a dog training competition with my two German Shepherds. Both of my back tires blew out and I was stranded at the Love's Truck Stop down the road. Getting towed and sitting somewhere for days waiting to have this taken care of wasn't an option due to my two enormous dogs riding with me.Not only did they squeeze me in right away, Paula herself left to go pick up the exact tires I needed from another location because they didn't have them in stock.They had me and the dogs back on the road within just a few hours and we were able to get to our competition and complete what we ventured out here to do!I can't thank them enough and would totally be giving them all of my business if I didn't live 100+ miles away, so this little review is the least I could do.Please support them!
