I went into Metro PCS on the Business Loop 4 days ago in a hurry and on a budget. The gentleman at the counter sensed my urgency and was fast and efficient. He even adjusted the cost of my phone because I was $6 short of the amount needed.

Severely understaffed but the gentleman that was there handled the situation very well and even help me fix something on my phone that he didn't have to do.
