However, experiences can vary. Some employees were knowledgeable but not friendly, making customers feel they were disturbing them. Delivery personnel have been noted as unfriendly, acting in a big hurry and unwilling to spend time to try to fix a problem. Specific service issues have been reported. Nothing stood out as good or bad..prices were about the same as elsewhere,the checkout line wasn't too bad..parking was ok

All of the employees on the floor were knowledgeable, but not friendly. I had two quick uncomplicated questions and I felt as if I were disturbing them. The cashier who checked me out was friendly, professional, and funny. Ultimately, I had to pop into Home Depot to complete my shopping and their staff were SUPER friendly.

Would have gave 5, but went there to have sheet of wood cut and saw was broke. Prices are better than Home Depot (had working saw).
