“Love Tractor supply. If The Manger Dan sees me in the store he always goes out of his way to come greet me and shake my hand and asked how I have been. Great guy. The younger blond haired lady treating me rude one day because I got my dogs a big bag of Cow hoofs and it said 4.99 for the big so I grab them went to pay and she ringed them up and made me feel like I was trying to get them cheap and I told her theirs still 2 or 3 bags in the spot and she acted like I was lying which like I told her I would still pay the regular price. I just didn't like how she made me feel inside, probably because I have tattoos and she was stereotyping me. It blew my mind her attitude and after she called me a lair. Then me, her and another worker which is a very nice respectful lady walked back there because she said I was wrong and they seen they made a mistake and put them in the wrong spot the blond hair never said sorry or nothing. She was one of the rudest worker at a store I've ever ran into. I Love tractor supply so much when I fell down in there because they had this black sandy grity stuff on the floor where the tools was I let them know and didn't go to the hospital. I just healed at home. When I could of probably made a stink about it”

Once, I accidently ordered from an out of state Bucheit, and the manager at this location helped me get it straightened out.They are also very helpful with grabbing my dog's food so I can easily grab it up front and pay for it.I have a disability and they will bring his food to the vehicle to assist when needed.You guys do a great job. Keep up the good work! ?”

“I like shopping here. I also like the 11% rebate they have on everything in the store. the lady at the register dropped my rebate coupon upon scanning my items and didnt find it until after i went ahead and paid. i was able to get the coupon back but was unable to use it during that visit, which sort of annoyed me since i already had the rebate slip for a while, but they never expire so its all good.”

“I seriously love this store!! I always have multiple people ask me if I need help, and are always so good about explaining projects to us! The paint dept just recently worked with me through painting gray... enough said, but they were extremely helpful and patient. I have tried shopping at Lowe’s and no one will ever help us there. The employees here have helped us through all our home improvement projects!!”

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a home depot store. Columbia location has earned my business back that other towns have lost.”
