I also like the 11% rebate they have on everything in the store. the lady at the register dropped my rebate coupon upon scanning my items and didnt find it until after i went ahead and paid. i was able to get the coupon back but was unable to use it during that visit, which sort of annoyed me since i already had the rebate slip for a while, but they never expire so its all good.”

“Funny thing. I about didn't bother going into the showroom. Didn't think I would find anything I could afford. Now it's my new favorite store. I bought a bathroom vanity/stone counter top/sink off the showroom floor. Then bought 2 light fixtures the same way. Next, Cody set me up with several possible items using Build.com. I was able to review all of the choices online and make changes, then ordered another vanity setup, gas range and hood, and a stand alone tub. All have arrived in less than a month including items not expected until November. They used R&L Carriers and the driver, Chris, was great. All other deliveries would not believe us when we said to not use Google maps. They all got lost 20 miles away before calling us. Chris called for directions and was on time with our delivery. The paint dept just recently worked with me through painting gray... enough said, but they were extremely helpful and patient. I have tried shopping at Lowe’s and no one will ever help us there. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a home depot store. Columbia location has earned my business back that other towns have lost.”
