βBought quite a few cars over the years, but never treated as well as was treated by these people, and we drove four hours to get there after being poorly treated by our local dealerships. Extremely friendly staff, our salesperson Damien, was a pleasure to work with from the second we emailed for more information on our car. Not for one second did we ever feel that there was something untoward going on, ever, they were very up front and professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. When our lease is up in three years, we look forward to driving the four hours to go see them again! βUPDATE 10/30/2024: Went to get my son's car serviced. Again everyone was very cool, polite and informative. The technician Christopher did a great job and kept the car clean. Eric, up front along with his manager, was great as usual and even went the extra mile to help a non-English speaking fellow get his truck serviced and paid for with the finance company they work with. He spent at least 40 mins with this guy and not once did Eric show frustration. He showed professionalism beyond belief. Plaza Tire on Grindstone will be our families go to spot for these great reasons.
The folks at Plaza Tire Service were awesome, the lobby was clean, the prices were very reasonable, and the work was completed quicker than promised. Definitely going back!β

βMy wife and I just had a very positive experience buying a new car. Pete Rice found exactly what we were looking for and then made a loaner car available as long as I needed it. They gave us a very reasonable deal on our trade in and JR Cochrane made the financing paperwork easy. Their service department is great too. As long as we are in Columbia, Missouri, we will always buy and maintain our cars with University Subaru. I highly recommend them.β
βWanted to thank the folks at Tim's Automotive. We were passing through the area when we experienced some car trouble. The team there were able to prioritize us and got us back on the road in a jiffy. The friendly and expedient service was greatly appreciated.

βExcellent service the whole way through. Dropped my car off in the morning for a MO state vehicle inspection. Really old car so knew there was a lot to be done.
The service agent called me up and went through everything that was wrong with it, and then went over only the parts that were needed to pass. The ones I turned down they went over the time I have left on them, a rough estimate of price if I wanted to come back in the future.
In short, they could have easily uphold me on stuff that didnt actually need to be done right then.
But they didn't, they were very honest and I would use them again in a heartbeat.β
βRoad trip from Minnesota to southern Missouri. Had a problem with the AC and called from the road. AJ was able to get us in and solve the issue within an hour. We were back on the road with barely a delay. Great service. Great explanation of what was happening and how he repaired things. Very reasonably priced. We would recommend AJ to anyone needing AC work!β
βQuick service and quality work. Found a worn belt that could have left me on the side of the road if it failed. Let to some AC components that were also failing. Team communication was great and fixed the issues as soon as they could get the parts. Very satisfied.β
βIβm a repeat customer. Came once before for a set of tires & then again to replace a fog light. This shop is so kind & reasonable. They found me an excellent deal on a tire set that didnβt break the bank & they replaced my fog light literally within 20 minutes of me dropping it off. I recommend them to anyone looking for good & fair service.β

It could have a take a day or two to get it repaired at another shop but the guys at Como got us in and out in a couple of hours with no appointment. The best part is they were super fair on pricing. βJames is a rare Man to find in this day and age. I would not have expected to find such a kind a helpful individual that was willing to help me in one of the worst road trip experiences of my life. I was traveling from IA to FL with a late 90s truck and after going through Kansas City I could hear that one of my rear wheel bearings was starting to make a terrible groaning sound that just kept getting worse and fast. it was Saturday afternoon and I had no hope that i would be able to find an adequate shop that would be open or have the time that day to help me out, but by the Grace of God I found James and even though he was closing in a couple hours he sacrificed his Saturday evening to help me get back on the road safely. he saved me so much time , money, and stress I couldn't begging to express my gratitude in words!β

βI recently had a flat tire on I-70 around Booneville. The flat tire happened at 1:00pm. I called the shop and asked if they could install 4 new tires. They had the tires in stock, and said to come on in. They fit me in quickly and got me back on the road in no time! Very efficient service! Great price!β
