“I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I drove from 70 miles away and would do it again. The dealership is very nice and very clean. Everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful. But the best was my salesman. Kind of like lawyers, most people dread dealing with a car salesman. I've bought several cars so I speak from experience. However, I met the best ever when I was greeted by Keenan! He was extremely genuine as well as polite and respectful. He was also a good listener. He cared about the features I was looking for instead of trying to sell me on something more. I felt like he really does care about the customer! If only more were like him, it would give car salesmen a better reputation! “I worked with Popeye and Josh buying a 2019 Certified Used Outback, and can’t recommend them highly enough.
I knew what I wanted, had a price in mind for the car and my trade, and within 20 mins we had a deal, no haggling, no stress. Just straight shooting and great service.
To top it off, I had an small issue with my front suspension come up a few days after buying, even though they were under no obligation to do so, they coordinated with Ferguson Subaru in Tulsa (closer to my house) , footed the bill, and Popeye communicated with me on his day off. Truly above and beyond.”
“Had a scare at first when I bought my car but carmart was more than willing to take it back and make sure I found something else on the lot I really liked and way more of a reliable vehicle. Kind customer service and really really understanding people to work with!!! Not all the people who tell ya car mart isn't a good way to go...for the people who struggle to get approved for financing, this is the way to go!!! It isn't like they purposely sell u a car with issues! Every newer vehicle is made to have issues so we spend spend spend on repairs.....also very willing if u do have issues to pay for the repairs and make sure u drive off safe! When we started our small business in 2020, we needed a fleet truck. We found a truck at C. Cox Auto Sales and we were skeptical. We live in AR and drove to Joplin to look/purchase. We were BLOWN away with the service. Since then, we've purchased three additional vehicles from C. Cox. It's weird to say I fully trust a car dealership, but I really do. Their cars are clean and in excellent condition. Their pricing is always great and they offer delivery to us in Arkansas (for an additional cost). We LOVE working with them when we purchase fleet! I had an amazing experience with Midwest Motor Company. A few years ago, I purchased a 350z from them, and the process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The car was in excellent condition, and I only parted with it because I needed something bigger.
Recently, I returned to Midwest Motor Company in search of another vehicle for my niece. Once again, the team there exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly informative and answered all my questions thoroughly. One thing I really appreciate about Midwest Motor Company is that they are not pushy at all. Typically, I dread going to car lots because of aggressive sales tactics, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff were respectful and focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted.
Although they didn't have the specific vehicle I was looking for at the time for my niece, they took my information and promised to keep an eye out for me. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that doesn't pressure you into a sale and genuinely wants to help you find the perfect car.
Overall, I had another great experience with Midwest Motor Company, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!”

“Salvage yards are hit and miss. This is a good one! They seem to be honest and actually care about the parts they are selling people.Remember to be patient with them...all their parts aren't sitting in a box on a shelf like at an auto parts store.I purchased a fuel tank and a evap hose. I'm super thankful places like this exist. They saved me over 300 dollars if I would have purchased the parts new.They even have a junk yard dog haha made my day!”

They also have a loyalty program going on for oil changes too that I would look in to. Very reasonable place for a oil change”
