“On Tuesday August 15, 2023 I left St Louis, Missouri en route to visit my cousin who was in hospice care in San Antonio, Texas. I prefer to drive at night so I left at 5pm. About 10pm I was about halfway between Springfield and Joplin when my car died on interstate 44 and I coasted to a stop on the shoulder. I started the car and continued only to get about five miles down the road and it died again. I repeated the same process many times until I made it to Joplin. I got a hotel and spent the night.I contacted two shops the next morning, but they were booked up and would not accommodate a traveler in the old school thought to take care of a traveler first. I called C.R. Autoworks and they agreed to help me. Brenden and Roger took great care of me. The problem with my car was electronic and elusive, but they worked tirelessly to fix it over the next two days. After many hours of diagnostic work they were able to repair my car Friday morning and I was able to travel onto my destination.These guys are the best! If you’re looking for empathetic, sincere, dedicated, genuine, fair, and HONEST mechanics in the Joplin area look no further than C.R. Autoworks.”

“Need a catalytic converter replaced as well as the muffler. Came in hoping to get a better estimate, than the one I had received at Firestone. Not only did I get a better price but the gentleman who runs the place, replaced both converters, modified my exhaust and replaced my tailpipe. I got my vehicle back the same day I dropped it off which was amazing. He let me know I needed a tune-up when I picked up my vehicle and gave me the names of a few shops that could get it done. I will make sure to let everyone I know that needs exhaust repairs to come here.”

I have an F-150 that I have serviced there in addition to my 2 GM vehicles; can count on them tracing down a problem with any automobile and repairing correctly! Again you can't beat Lou Quinn, knowledgeable, polite, and relays the problem(s) in detail to the servicemen. Can't give Lou enough praise!!! He's the best!!!

“I bought my tires from anytime tire about six months ago and they’re outstanding. I drive for Amazon Flex and I put at least 1000 miles a week on my vehicle. They are wearing properly. I will say that I do need an alignment and rod is but even without those parts needed for a good Wear pattern on tire these tires are wearing very good personally when I was younger worked at a diesel shop. I did this for approximately a year and it was some of the hardest work that I have done at these boys at any time and I say boys, I don’t mean that these men With I offered $20 tip and he would not accept that and then my book that’s a hell of a guy and he is very transparent honest thank you guys. “I cannot recommend Sam and Andrew enough. These guys and any other crew did amazing work on our car. We wrecked it last year in some rain and they helped us replace all the broken suspension and get it setup to go even FASTER! They are professional, well spoken, polite, good communicators, fair on costs, detail oriented, VERY knowledgeable when it comes to complicated issues, and work hard to meet weird timelines. I'd do it all again...minus the wreck haha. If they'll have me I'll use them again in the future for other projects! I'd use them for everyday work as well if I was closer! Thanks guys!”

They quickly diagnosed it, and most likely would’ve had it fixed the same day if the parts had been available. It was quickly fixed the following morning, and I was back on my way. The communication from PAM was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I decided to return a second time for some follow up engine maintenance, and have the same experience. “Where to even begin! I had my Lincoln Navigator looked at for what I thought was a slipping transmission. Joel had me drop off my vehicle and had it diagnosed as an ignition coil that was missing. He replaced it, did a full trans service and drained all my fluids. I test drove it after picking it up and noticed it was still missing when driven at high speeds or when I accelerated quickly. I took it back to Joel, he jumped in the drivers seat and figured out what it was. A new set of spark plugs later and it was driving perfect. We needed tires and he was able to get them cheaper for us than a big box store in town and they are a great tire brand. I will go back to Joel’s for absolutely any and everything from now on.”
