My sister and I just went in for new IPhones and Jennifer helped us leave with backed up phones in less than an hour. She was helping us, and her other associates who the their customers while staying friendly the whole time. She made it a breeze for us.

I've had spectrum for a very long time now....pleased with there service and internet service but it seems my bill keeps changing I know there is no contract on the plan but why raise bills on the people that have been with you the longest vs new people?
