I went into the Spectrum store on Siemens Dr. In Cape and Cannon was a huge help. Great customer service and quick help. Thanks guys!

I've had spectrum for a very long time now....pleased with there service and internet service but it seems my bill keeps changing I know there is no contract on the plan but why raise bills on the people that have been with you the longest vs new people?
