Work was excellent, everythimg done to satisfaction and then some. Plus, he's a really pleasant guy. Highly recommend.”

“We had our service setup on the week of 2/6/23 right before going on vacation. After getting home and trying out the new internet a significant frustration appeared: The wireless mesh satellites were having difficulty providing more than 20-40mbps on a 1gbps connection.Circle Fiber was contacted and sent out a technician at a time that was convenient for my schedule and was also quick. Through several trouble shooting methods the problem was not resolved and a second technician was sent out the next day. The problem was taken care of at that time, but remained sporadic. I contacted Circle Fiber a third time and a technician was sent to my home in quick fashion at a time that was agreeable to my schedule and the problem was ultimately fixed. They were always on time and kept me updated as to when they would arrive.This was excellent service for an internet provider and they always came through with what they said they would do without an issue. I would highly recommend them over Spectrum as it was almost impossible to have any issues seriously addressed within a timely fashion by Spectrum and it was always difficult for them to be on time for their scheduled appointments.Two thumbs up here. Thank you for all you do as a local service.”

“At a time when exceptional customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this is not the case for this particular Spectrum store. I went in with my sister to try and figure out the best plan for our 85 year old dad. Jessica went out of her way to make sure we got the best plan for him and also at the best price. She was patient in explaining the many options that are available. We ended up getting a plan that is perfect for him. Jessica is a great asset to the Spectrum team!!”
