I was dropping off equipment that didn't work and discovered that the items in my possession weren't even issued to me under my name or account number. Who knows if someone else had equipment that was in my name. I asked, but I was told no. Hopefully they straightened everything out appropriately.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I’ve had spectrum for 2 1/2 weeks and already had three outages. I’d get a different provider but spectrum is the only one in my area.
