“We had our service setup on the week of 2/6/23 right before going on vacation. After getting home and trying out the new internet a significant frustration appeared: The wireless mesh satellites were having difficulty providing more than 20-40mbps on a 1gbps connection.Circle Fiber was contacted and sent out a technician at a time that was convenient for my schedule and was also quick. Through several trouble shooting methods the problem was not resolved and a second technician was sent out the next day. The problem was taken care of at that time, but remained sporadic. I contacted Circle Fiber a third time and a technician was sent to my home in quick fashion at a time that was agreeable to my schedule and the problem was ultimately fixed. They were always on time and kept me updated as to when they would arrive.This was excellent service for an internet provider and they always came through with what they said they would do without an issue. I would highly recommend them over Spectrum as it was almost impossible to have any issues seriously addressed within a timely fashion by Spectrum and it was always difficult for them to be on time for their scheduled appointments.Two thumbs up here.
