Cutting the hard working blue collar paint dent repair technician pay by adding administrative fees 10-15%!!!! Ridiculous. How about reducing administration pay!!! or the marketing employees making 90K that are not performing their job correctly. Obviously they are not bringing in the business. It’s interesting that you cut pay on the most hardworking individuals for your company. I guess inflation doesn’t affect your blue collared workers in the world…. Then Dent wizard admin acts like they are doing your paint/dent technicians a favor by creating an unrealistic and unobtainable 225K work load goal and no fees will be charged but not until you reach the goal. Which would obviously either never happen or it would be at the end of the year after you already paid fees over the entire year and you don’t get it back. You want the techs to work harder for less money to put more money into administration bonus checks at the end of the year… must be nice! The technicians should go on strike and stand up for themselves bc it is obvious that Dent wizard does not care about their blue collar hard working Americans in the world.

Made an appointment to have 2 dents repaired. Since there are no locations near me I drove 1 hour to meet their tech. The window time was 9 to 12. I arrived at 8:45. At 10;30 I called to see when the tech was going to arrive. I was told he was busy and it would be 2:00 before he could arrive. I decided not to wait 3 more hours and cancelled. They should have called me to let me know he was going to be late.

Hello Team ~ I have submitted two claims on 6/13/22. ON 6/14/22 representative reached me. No response after that. Sent an email on 6/22/22. Received a response that they are still awaiting for a detailer to address my issue. No ETA. Very Poor Service.No formal complaint process and escalation process stops with supervisor. No reference number(s) on complaint. Requested to provide the response while addressing a survey.Rajesh

Not sure, filed a claim a week ago but no word yet. We found out the coverage is not very comprehensive, dealer sold it as a dent and ding repair. The Dent Wizard only repairs dents under the size of a credit card and will not touch up paint dings contrary to what the dealer said.

I have had an awefull time with my dent wizard insurance purchased at plaza bmw. Both plaza bmw ( who sold it) and dent wizard are unresponsive and have poor customer service. Would not use either business!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! False promises will be made to you, so be prepared for much disappointment. Told me I had until the end of the year to schedule my claim, once I called to schedule my appointment they said my contract expired. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!

I worked for dent wizard for 30 days after becoming I'll due to a sickle cell crisis I was fired and was told I did not inform anyone I had sickle cell and only missed two days of work DO NOT APPLY 4 THEM training is only two weeks they do not discuss any thing such as benefits or health insurance with you or an attendance policy for that matter the supervisors are rude and do not want to assist with anything and they will lie on you to save their own behinds this is a very unprofessional place do not give them your business
