I tried on two occasions to get an estimate on getting my 2023 Audi wheel repaired. I went elsewhere after no response and 10 days.

Not sure, filed a claim a week ago but no word yet. We found out the coverage is not very comprehensive, dealer sold it as a dent and ding repair. The Dent Wizard only repairs dents under the size of a credit card and will not touch up paint dings contrary to what the dealer said.
