Just wonderful overall to deal with especially when you aren't having the greatest day needing a tow anyway.”

Spend couple of thousand dollars with Roadside assistance and Love’s shops and still couldn’t figure out the problem until I got to Vanguard of St. Charles. Spoke to Robert, he was really friendly. “This is the best car repair place ever!! They are always honest and I trust them 100%. For example, my son was told by the dealer that his car needed back brakes. I contacted JC and scheduled the appointment and they got him in really quick. I was worried about my son driving the car. When he takes it in, the mechanic looked at it after taking the wheel and wherever else off and he said, "his brakes look excellent!" I was ready to spend $300! Seriously, this place is a place you can trust! I highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Their techs were fantastic; nice guys that understood the situation and were able to slide the Colorado out of our driveway with the use of plastic skids onto the bed of their truck. This was necessary because the transmission was in park and turning on the ignition switch to release it from park would have also turned on the fuel pump which was undesired due to an issue with the fuel system; turning on the fuel pump would potentially further damage the fuel system. 5/5 Stars for the two techs’ performance!”

“This place epitomizes service, customer satisfaction, and professionalism! My car was in a “dilly of a pickle”. That’s the only way I know how to describe it. Other towing companies came out, looked at it, and told me either they couldn’t do it or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg! Daniel and Skip from Hartmann Towing took care of me in no time. What I really loved about the experience was the knowledge level and resourcefulness of the employees. Daniel looked at my car and knew the equipment he had would not get the job done. He didn’t try to take my money. Instead, he sent his co-worker, Skip. Skip was “surgical” in his craft as he rescued my vehicle. I stood in awe as I watched him work. It didn’t take him long and the price was affordable! Thank you, Hartmann towing, for possessing the keen insight to hire these two outstanding employees! You have a customer and referrals for life!”

The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful and told me she had someone that could do it.
