“Got my first Hidden Fee! Was not informed at any point about a paper statement rather than digital that cost $5 USD! Thanks for the support on my billing account! Also have failed twice to get my wisely card loaded! That’s fine I don’t mind paying another $8 at Walmart money center even though I have a bank account. But on the second or 4th time they do take great consideration into the customer service, after returning the $5.”
